35. You Have Time (How To Optimize it)
In this solo episode I discuss how we often let time control and hold us back instead of making the most of what we do have.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day,
When you prioritize what's important to you by spending small windows your time working on small steps and actions that will add up and push you closer to the thing you wish you had time to achieve!!
You don't need long workouts or perfectly plans meals,
You just need actions and the belief that if you prioritize it into your life and stick with it, change will happen.
Give it time. You have it, you just need to look it.
